Sidelined
So Beginning November, I got sidelined, I started to feel tingling on my left arm near the thumb. And it did actually hurt when lifting weights, so I just sat it out til now. I did get a check up and heard it was due to some nerve damage/injury, the problem with nerve damage is it takes a long time to heal. About 3 months. So, I might not get to workout until February.
My commitment to working out seem not not have disappeared even with this setback, I could just imagine myself getting back in the gym when it's all healed. I like the feeling of looking good and feeling strong.
